**Role and responsibilities**
- Works partly in operations and partly on project management. Manages mono-disciplinary stand-alone projects or leads sub projects.
- Responsible for managing projects, programs and portfolios across ASML Singapore in both technical (product related) as well as non-technical (non product related) domains. Agile and Change management roles are also part of this group
- Manages complex activities and multiple programs cross sectors such as setting and maintaining standards, best practices, People growth, customer value, operation excellence and strategic directions for the projects/programs/portfolios.
- Lead green field start up in project planning, milestone definition, execution, strategic planning, operational setup, resources allocation, and stakeholder management to ensure the startup’s successful launch and growth.
- Drive country ESG agenda, liaising with government institutions, leading projects and initiatives that support environmental sustainability, social responsibility, governance transparency and ASML branding
- Possess a strategic mindset and manage the organization’s portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overarching strategic goals. Work with different stakeholders to prioritize projects based on value, risk, and resource availability. Facilitate the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively across the portfolio, balancing workload and ensuring optimal utilization. Identify and resolve resource conflicts, ensuring that the right skills are assigned to the right projects. Implement resource planning tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Track and report on project status, performance metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Communicate regularly providing updates and addressing challenges. Follow escalation protocols for critical issues, offer clear instructions, and encourage open feedback to ensure alignment and smooth operations across the organization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring that potential disruptions are managed proactively. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies, maintaining ethical standards.
**Education and experience**:
- Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Has solid work experience, with several years of experience in specific Project Management roles and project delivery
- Has good knowledge of competence or technical area managed and awareness of the business issues.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, organization and leadership skills, ability to work effectively with other teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different culture
- Strong customers focus and possess excellent investigation and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize and manage multiple issues and projects at one time. Taking ownership and accountability to drive project and issue to conclusion
