Roles & Responsibilities

**5 days ( Monday - Fridays 9am
- 6pm)**

**Location: Tai Seng (5 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)**

**Industry: Food Manufacturing Company**

**Salary: $2500 to $3000**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- As a team to support of supply chain order fulfilment process. Responsible for purchasing of raw materials and supporting of supply chain order fulfilment process
- Assist and maintain all purchasing master data related to suppliers, pricing and freight
- Establish contracts per global / regional / local negotiations and awarded allocations.
- Process purchase order, samples and maintain order status.
- Laise with suppliers on delivery, forecast, quality reject/claim and shipping / payment term.
- Develop alternate sources to create cost saving opportunities and improve security of supply.
- Evaluate and select suppliers that comply with specifications, regulations and sustainability sourcing requirements.
- Attend to internal / external audits and purchasing initiatives / projects
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
- **Must have experience in F&B or food related industy**

Requirement
- Min 3 years experience as a Purchasing Assistant/Executive.
- Good communication, negotiation skill and team player.
- **Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
