In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service is key to build client’s loyalty to the Louis Vuitton brand. Under the supervision of the Care Service Team Manager, the Junior Craftsman will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, luggage and trunks, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality specifications and guidelines
- Achieve qualitative repair work within time frame settled by company standard
- Detail oriented with all aspects of the production process
- Ability to work in sewing, painting and cutting as necessary
- Ability to work with manual tools and equipment provided in the repair process
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Effectively work independently and communicate within a team environment
- Respectful to others as well as to the equipment and facility
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, report any discrepancies immediately to supervisor

Pioneer (West Singapore)

PROFIL

**Qualification / Skills**:

- Relevant technical experience preferably in leather goods manufacturing/repair
- Pass manual dexterity/ sewing test
- Detail, quality and safety oriented
- Client-centric mind set
- Self-motivated in order complete a repair from beginning to end
- IT literate and basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
- Language: Fluent in English or Mandarin
