**The Opportunity**

As an Finance Executive at ASURE, your role is essential for overseeing a company's business transactions. Your responsibilities cover a wide range of aspects related to financial and economic trends to know our competitor's performance and look for ways to expand the company.

**Key Responsibilities of an Finance Executive in Asure**:

- Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial Statements/Accounting Close
- Review or prepare bank account reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and Report Financial Statements
- Review financials to ensure all revenue and expenses are recorded appropriately.
- Manage Cost accounting and Inventories.
- Review any issues on Finance/Accounting and Comply with external audit.
- Manage and Report treasury status.
- File/prepare support for local taxes, insurance policies, etc
- Perform key role in the analysis of key financial performance indicators.

**Preferred Experience**
- Degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum 1 years’ relevant work experience in relevant field
- Team player, good personal communication skills, inquisitive with a can-do attitude
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in Full set of P & L and Balance Sheet is preferred

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
