**About Us**

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the operational flow of cash transactions and services relating to cross border and local transfers initiated by Clients.
- Provide end-to-end treasury processing support for trade confirmations, settlements, and trade reconciliations.
- Manage the cash and trade investigation process in event of adverse payments events (e.g., recall of funds, late payments), and failed trades, payment disputes, trade discrepancies respectively.
- Ensure that E-payment disputes (e.g., PayNow/Fast) are handled timely.
- Monitor daily liquidity and nostro position and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and experienced in using different types of SWIFT messages in both MT and MX format.
- Proficient with DTCC report submission.
- Maintenance of static data in core-banking system.
- Ensure all trades booked/cash operations procedures and policies are in adherence to the Bank’s risk and compliance policies as well as all regulatory requirements. Any deviation is to be escalated timely.
- Participate in system enhancement projects and UAT testing.
- Work with relevant stakeholders on delivery of business performance and ensure adherence to service level and quality standards in end-to-end delivery of services.
- Provide cross-functional coverage where required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in similar function in banking industry.
- Prior experience working in a bank’s Cash/Treasury Operations or relevant back-office functions.
- Prior experience working on cross-border payments, domestic, FX, MM, trade, and loans.
- Sound knowledge in International, Local and Fast/PayNow payments processing and settlement cycle.
- Strong awareness of KYC/AML regulations and full understanding of Risks and Control requirements.
- Good understanding and experience in payment innovation, payment, and deposits products.
- Good communication skills with ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and effective time management skills.
- An efficient team player working in a lean team setup while being able to take individual responsibility for the tasks assigned.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Technological orientation with proficiency in MS Excel VBA is an added advantage.
