**This will be a 2 years renewable contract position based in Redhill.
**Scope of Work**
- Produce solutions of a fully integrated system to meet the business needs.
- Work within the stipulated timeframe and allocated resources.
- Ensure proposed solution aligns with the overall architecture design.
- Ensure conformance and compliance with the program standards, processes and SAP technical standards.
- Conduct workshops
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and SAP ERP.
- Lead group discussions for requirement gathering, design and solutioning.
- Produce solutions to fulfil business requirements
- Recommend potential areas for improvements and best practices.
- Configure SAP according to the proposed solution.
- Documentation of the business process flow
- Ensure compliance of the rules and requirements.
- Designing, documenting and developing programs based on the functional specifications received
- Responsible to plan, identify, define and conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
- Organizing information required for the authorization setup.
- Responsible for the data migration requirements and its successful completion
- Produce training materials and conduct user training.
- Responsible to plan and perform cutover.
- Responsible for programs developed to pass the required vulnerability assessments and code quality inspections.
- Responsible for the delivery of all project documentations including design specifications, program specifications, test cases, training materials, cutover execution plan and data migration specification.
- On-site support where necessary.
- Troubleshoot reported problems before and after implementation.
- Responsible for the optimal system design and configuration of the SAP functionality.
- Responsible for the quality of the deliverables.
- Collaborate in quality assurance activities and resolve any identified risks or areas for improvement.
- Responsible for risk management (identification of risk; provision of mitigation solutions).
- Preparation and reporting of progress status updates
- Perform impact assessment on change requests
- Design and present solution to users, test and implement the solution within the stipulated timeframe.
- Work with the internal/external teams to develop solution for reported cases

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
- 4 years functional configuration experience
- 2 year experience with SAP Material Management-Procurement module.
- 2 year implementation or maintenance experience of SAP interfaces to external Systems.
- Knowledge in Material Management (MM) module.
- Advantageous to have knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP modules (Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Human Capital Management (HCM)).
- Familiar with Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology and toolsets.
- Can design, develop and articulate solutions based on strategic business or technical requirement
- Can communicate and articulate clearly
- Can work independently and efficiently
- Can manage timelines and expectations Produce high quality deliverables
