We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate, TMT Investment Banking
**Principal Responsibilities**
- This position will focus on origination and execution support for the APAC TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector
- Work closely with senior bankers and experts from other groups of the bank globally
- Participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations
- Conduct sophisticated financial analysis and relevant industry research
- Development of various types of financial models in relation to debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation on live transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous exposure to TMT Investment Banking appreciated, but profiles of well rated Associates who are in other sectors or product teams looking to switch to TMT are also highly welcomed - however demonstrating a keen interest in TMT is essential
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Understanding of deal execution - including for IPOs, domestic and cross-border M&A, and strategic capital raisings
- Highly motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinker and keen to work with an international team and colleagues around the world
- Advanced oral and written communication skills; high levels of fluency in English is key
