**Responsibilities**:

- Execute a comprehensive range of Procurement procedures, encompassing purchase requisitions, soliciting quotes, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in adherence to purchasing guidelines.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing and establish a mutually beneficial working rapport with suppliers.
- Supervise the provision of nourishment and freshwater supply to vessels.
- Expedite orders and closely monitor the progress of deliveries.
- Establish effective inventory control mechanisms and conduct stock audits for all supplied and delivered goods.
- Maintain communication channels with Superintendents and vessels concerning requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with the Shipping department and company launch PIC.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the purchasing manager.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain, or possess equivalent qualifications.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience in the Marine industry or a related sector.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Display meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office.
