RESPONSIBILITIES:

- According to the existing and potential needs of the shipping insurance business, combine the Internet e-commerce, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and other scientific means to plan and implement innovative Internet insurance products, and promote the sustainable development of the platform insurance business.
- Establish cooperative relationships with international mainstream shipping insurance companies to realize platform sales of existing insurance products or research and development of targeted insurance products, and improve the types and coverage of platform insurance products
- According to the actual needs of shipping insurance customers, develop targeted platform insurance product promotion and sales plans, organize online sales, and improve sales performance.
- Develop efficient claims and service specifications based on platform business characteristics to improve customer service quality and satisfaction
- Develop and cultivate self-service and intelligent shipping insurance products based on big data accumulation and analysis, and take advantage of “insurance technology” to form a platform with unique products and service systems to enhance competitiveness and threshold.
- Responsible for the cooperation, compliance, development, and promotion of the platform insurance business in the target country market.
- Responsible for the formation, training assessment, and daily management of the platform insurance team
- Responsible for development and cooperation with other platforms
- Responsible to ensure that all broking/placement activity is in compliance with MAS regulations and MOL Company Policy and Guidelines.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- More than 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, 5 years of experience in management positions;
- Familiar with marine insurances such as H&M insurance and cargo insurance;
- Recognize the e-commerce model, the development prospects and potential of insurance technology, and be willing to invest in the development of innovative businesses;
- Rich in insurance company resources or shipping customer resources;
- Positive and optimistic personality, strong communication skills and good leadership skills;
