**Sustainability Consultants**:
(Hybrid)

Applications are invited from experienced sustainability professionals with strong credentials to join our growing international team of sustainability consultants.

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our mission, providing strategic guidance and expertise to our diverse clients globally. You will help businesses understand their ESG impact, comply with regulations, and develop strategies for sustainable growth. This role requires a proven track record in sustainability, preferably in a consulting environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage international consultancy projects in sustainability reporting, assurance and verification, GHG emissions, climate reporting, science-based targets, and ESG assessments and ratings.
- Work closely with clients to improve their sustainability management system using various international standards and methodologies.
- Develop, implement and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery with high precision and quality.
- Develop and deliver sustainability training and workshops to clients.
- Actively support business development activities.
- Additional responsibilities as may be required

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Sustainability or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a sustainability consultant or in a sustainability function in a company, with a track record of successful project implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English as a minimum, and ideally, additional European/Asian languages is highly desirable for effectively communicating with our international clients.
- Expertise in sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI Standards, ISSB, ESRS and TCFD is required. Experience in key ESG ratings will be expected.
- Consuting experience in sustainability-related management system certifications and audits will be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate projects across multiple time zones, adapting to various schedules with flexibility and ease.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced international, multi-cultural environment with demanding and multiple deadlines.

- Positive attitude, energetic, and resourcefulness.
- Trustworthy, self-starter, and independent.
- Technology savvy, advanced level proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint and other advanced data management tools.
