Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards

To support vertical repair for all customer probe cards in company factory following
Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping, all vertical repair processes
Pin replacement
All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc.
Liaise with Singapore and Italy branch for any technical issues/ new procedures etc.
Work with Singapore branch planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc.
Reports / trackers update for internal team
Support other sites if necessary
Any other ad hoc duties if needed.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years' experience in Semiconductor
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics

**Skills**: 1. Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
2. Able to read PCB schematics
