Mon - Fri 8am to 5.30pm
Permanent Role

To support vertical repair for all customer probe cards in company's factory following
Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping, all vertical repair processes
Pin replacement
All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc.
Liaise with overseas end for any technical issues/new procedures etc.
Work with planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc.
Reports/trackers update for internal team
Support other sites if necessary
Any other ad hoc duties if needed.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
Experienced in Semiconductor will be an additional advantage
Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
Able to read PCB schematics
