The Cluster Logistics Leader is responsible for the delivery chain in their respective cluster. This includes direct markets such as Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Taiwan as well as distributor markets in Malaysia, Singapore, and South Asia Countries supply out of RDC (SG). He/she also implements strategies and plans to improve key drivers of success, monitors cluster performance objectives and operational changes, and communicates to regional leadership to ensure optimal understanding and support.

This role manages cluster delivery, escalating appropriate issues to Regional and Global Logistics Management in time to ensure necessary remedial actions, controls LSP's performance and continuously strives to improve performance levels in line with established objectives.

He/she manages relationships with regional leadership, executing service level expectations for the respective cluster. He/she further develops the capabilities and talents of his organization.
