- Perform house visit for client who are physically immobile.

- Maintain and update statistical information on wills prepared for weekly management reports on work performed.
- Perform research and development to improve on product offering.
- To maintain positive customer service with internal and external customers.
- Assist in all marketing and business development efforts to increase market share.
- Provide inputs, updates and ideas for Barakah Capital Planners Website, Facebook page, print brochures and print advertisement in local newspaper: Berita Harian/Minggu/Straits Times.
- Provide inputs for Barakah Capital Planners's digital marketing.
- Maintain softcopies of wills prepared and related documents in Sharepoint.
- Perform translation work from Malay/English to Arabic as and when required by management.

Education and Expriences:

- A recognized university degree in Shariah Law or Islamic Studies or related experience. This is an entry level position.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Possess interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has positive work attitude, initiative and can work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
- Proactive and diligent.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Malay. (To explain Wills, Trust and Estate Planning in malay to our malay speaking clients.)
- Ideally someone who is able to speak and write in Arabic. (To explain Quranic verses and the Faraid punishment to customer and clients).
