**Ad Hoc Temp Receptionist**
(Mon to Fri
- Office hours / $10 per hour) - Excluded lunch time
CBD / WEST Area - Office hours / Mon to Fri/ 8.50am to 6.30pm/ 8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm
- Attire: Formal office wear (Simple white top, dark col or blk bottom, covered blk shoes)
**Descriptions**:
- Confident telephone manner. Attending to all internal staff request in a friendly and professional manner.
- Attend to visitors
- Manage front end receptionist duties
- Issue passes for external visitor for meetings or site visit and direct them to the right personnel
- Receiving/ preparing incoming and out-going parcels and documents (record manually)
- Arranging courier service (as and when required)
- To check and book meeting rooms as requested by Staff
- Open letterbox, sorting out all incoming mail, letters
- Cover mailroom
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service background
