Produce all required 2D and detailed drawings for submission, approval and endorsement to authority and/or clients.

Produce quality rendered 3D colour perspectives using AutoCad / Sketch-Up.

Responsible to match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site.

To attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements (if necessary).

Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.

Involved in coordination and preparation of specifications to liaise with project managers, engineers and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval.

Good communication and design skillset to liaise with clients on their needs and requirements.

Requirements And Skills

Proven work experience as a Designer, Draftsman or similar role

Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Excel, V-Ray

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently with responsibility.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
