Cad Drafter

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **shop drawings** and **as-built drawings** using AutoCAD (or Revit preferred).
- Conduct accurate **material quantity take-offs** from architectural and structural drawings.
- Assist in **project costing**, **BOQ preparation**, and **progress claims**.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to verify quantities and VO submissions.
- Maintain project records and documentation for cost tracking and submission.
- Support procurement by generating material schedules and liaising with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in **Architectural Technology, Quantity Surveying, Building Services**, or related fields.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Microsoft Excel**, and basic quantity surveying principles.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or façade-related trades is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings independently.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English (Plus points if able to speak in Mandarin)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
