**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- **Develop and Execute Strategies**:

- Formulate and implement business development strategies for existing client relationships and market expansion.
- **Identify New Opportunities**:

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to discover new client prospects and business opportunities.
- **Support Activities**:

- Assist in business development and client activities to support the team's goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- **Maintain Relationships**:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional clients, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- **Understand Needs**:

- Gain insight into client needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
- **Product Management and Development**:

- **Collaborate on Solutions**:

- Work with internal teams to create customized investment solutions.
- **Lead Initiatives**:

- Oversee product development from inception to launch, including strategy formulation and roadmap definition.
- **Manage Launches**:

- Handle product launches, including marketing materials and client communication.
- **Enhance Products**:

- Work with portfolio managers and investment teams to refine investment products.
- **Conduct Research**:

- Perform industry and market research.

**Job Requirements**
- **Experience**:

- Manager Position: Minimum 7-8 years in business development within financial services preferred.
- Assistant Manager Position: Minimum 4-5 years in business development within financial services preferred.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Finance preferred.
- **Skills**:

- **Strategic Thinking**:

- Ability to think strategically and deliver effective presentations.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and Bloomberg preferred.
- **Travel**:

- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
