**Our Client**:
Our client is a Japanese company operating a co-working space in Singapore. They are actively looking to hire a Community Conductor to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:
Marketing & Sales
- Qualifying pre-qualified marketing leads
- Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
- Analyse data to help improve sales processes and strategy
- Conduct site tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed
- Work towards/maintain 100% occupancy through marketing & sales process

Customer Service/Operation
- Make and maintain Service Agreement with all new members
- Conduct daily SOP including Opening and Closing, front desk coverage,handling phone calls and mails, cashiering, etc., Pantry/Book Area Maintenance
- Issue monthly and/or occasional Invoice to all members or guests
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings with all new members to ensure a successful move in
- Complete the New Member Orientation process and curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc to provide on move-in day
- Conduct offboarding interviews to understand the departing members' overall experience

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience and/or interest in hospitality
- Given the nature of the job, a Japanese learner and speaker is advantageous to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
