Le Bon Funk is part of The Lo and Behold Group, a hospitality company known for its ability to create timeless destinations and thought-leading experiences.

Our bar programmes are as critical to the guest experience as our culinary programmes — this role demands a passion for influencing indelible dining experiences as the maestro behind the bar. Your responsibilities include:

- Creative development of the cocktail menu that reflects the brand's concept
- Implement effective strategies to promote the bar programme
- Oversees all aspects of the bar operations
- Assisting the Manager, Front of House in the bar’s operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all products
- Inventory management - Monitor inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies
- Develop relationships with supplies and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing agreements
- Train junior bartenders on on cocktail recipes and techniques
- Maintain a good housekeeping regime
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guest and team members
