We are looking for an individual to take on the following responsibilities:

- Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and sales
- Mix formulated paints and varnish paintings
- Welcome and guide customers with high energy and create an amazing experience
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment
- Train and manage a team of part-time crew schedules and culture
- Work with the marketing and product team to implement social media promotional campaigns and initiatives

As part of the early team, there will be an employee stock options review after the first 6 months. Potential career paths include growth to Country Manager and International Country Manager.
