Singapore MAIORA RENEWABLE ENERGY PTE. LTD. Full time

Processing of daily accounting activities e.g., expense/payment requests and tracking, sales invoice issuance and receivables monitoring.
- Preparation & regular monitoring of cash flow forecasts and funding requirements for several local and overseas entities.
- Creation & regular update of budgets and forecasts and performance of budgetary control for local and overseas entities.
- Timely production of monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and relevant schedules.
- Timely and accurate preparation and filing of all requisite regulatory and tax submissions. e.g., GST / VAT and annual returns.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions, including cash transfers to & from overseas, and ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Supporting external auditors, liaising with external audit teams and compiling requisite schedules & information.
- Provision of assistance in project financing related activities.
- Coordinating with external legal or tax partners to expedite requirements.
- Performing ad hoc projects/assignments as requested or as required.

**Skills and Qualifications for Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- At least 3 years of full-set accounts experience. Renewable energy industry experience would be beneficial.
- Exposure to group consolidation and regional accounting and taxation in the Philippines would be beneficial.
- Good communication / interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Self-reliant and proactive.
