**Responsibilities**

Stakeholder Management
- Organizing internal and external meetings, scheduling, agendas and minutes.
- Manage stakeholder information to collect information and provide regular consolidated updates on project deliverables.
- Ensure all communications, internal as well as external, are aligned with IB’s policies, processes and guidelines.
- Payment of consultants who develop resources/materials/ conduct webinars on behalf of SIII.

Project Administration
- Assist members of the SIII team in all administration functions and processes.
- Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion.
- Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronized and moving forward.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials.
- Foster positive and productive stakeholder relationships.

Budget Management
- Seek necessary input and information to create an annual project budget and monitor the expenditures to ensure these are in line with the FEM.

Change Management
- Provide appropriate tools and templates to manage necessary change consistently across the various project teams to ensure BAU, and out-of-the-ordinary processes, initiatives, activities are clearly understood, planned, developed and delivered.

Reporting and documentation
- Regularly report to team and project sponsor on progress, maintain clear documentation on decision paths, challenges, successes, and learnings for future projects and document lessons learned as the project develops.
- Document meeting minutes, decision paths and maintain an up-to-date SharePoint site.
- Data - cleaning, updating, and managing data regarding cohort sizes and schools to support presentations, reports, and business proposals. Deriving insights from varying datasets.
- Ongoing management and updating of SIII dashboards.

Risk Management
- Ensure all project risks are effectively and efficiently managed in collaboration and consultation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's or bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Excel, Access, PowerBI, Salesforce.
- Extremely organized and focused.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Propensity for multi-tasking.
- Deadline driven.
- Strong organizational and change management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to be a team player and work in an ambiguous, rapidly-changing environment.
