KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking an Associate Innovation Consultant to join our team in Singapore. What will you be doing?- The Associate Innovation Consultant role is a strategic position that will enable KONE to accelerate the execution of initiatives. Unlike traditional Business Development or technology scouting, this role will focus on Business Model Incubation with relevant key partners and driving commercial outcomes through:
- Supporting diverse project scopes using agile and business/service design methodologies from early concept creation to final implementation, which primarily includes- defining business case of the project together with the project owner-
- defining project scope, objectives and deliverables together with the project owner, project key stakeholders and project team-
- drive effective collaboration and communication towards project stakeholders and project team-
- managing and monitoring the project's progress, business case and realization of expected benefits against project plan-
- identifying and mitigating project risks systematically and proactively together with relevant key stakeholders-
- Search, identify and establish strategic, open innovation partnerships with Universities, Start-ups, Start-up Incubators, Start-up Accelerators and enterprise innovation for strategic projects- Run innovation initiatives such as Lean Innovation Sprints, Design-thinking Workshops, Bootcamps, etc. with stakeholders and KONE teams on behalf and in collaboration with KONE business leaders
Additional Information- You will also be part of an ongoing initiative to build innovation design capability within KONE including an international network of collaborators.- Covers both digital user interface and service product.- Continuous monitoring through collaborating with customers and internal resources is also a need to take place as part of this role.Are you the one?- Full (professional proficiency), both verbally and written in English- Knowledge/ Expertise in human-centered design a bonus- Strong communications (written and verbal), negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Strong level of self-motivation and ability to work independently- Digital prototyping, service prototyping, business model prototyping- Strong facilitation skills
