**Your new company**

My client is a local start-up company that has since expanded their business to region countries in Malaysia and Philippines. They specialise in creating quality home products to improve your life at home. With their rapid growth in demand for their products, they are expanding their team and is looking for a Head of Operations to lead the operations and logistics team

**Your new role**

The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective operations, while also contributing to the development of long-term strategies for growth and success:

- Overseeing the operations for SG and Malaysia's team to ensure all processes are running smoothly, and ensuring the products are delivered on time
- Improve operational efficiencies and work on cost reductions and ways to increase, productivity to improve customer experience
- Analyse the business and identifying the areas for improvement and work on the optimisation plans
- Align KPI with the team and ensure consistency in team's performance
- Management of inventory and warehouse

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- More than 3 years of experience for end-to-end supply chain process such as inventory management, operations, logistics, planning and forecasting
- You must come from a start-up working experience in your recent job
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry preferred
