**Your day to day**
People -Interfaces with operations on a timely basis - Maintain regular contact with IHG hotels in Singapore and regional reservation office - Build rapport and strong relations with employees Guest Experience - Entertain clients and provide proper customer service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business generators, meeting and convention planners, corporate accounts and other producers closely allied to our hotel - Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections Financial -Assist superior in the preparation and management of department’s budget including monitoring of departmental costs and inputting into annual budget and sales and marketing plan Responsible Business - Monitors competitors’ activities, assists in marketing intelligence, market research and analyze the impact of sales mix on hotel goals - Provide direction and implement new ideas that will assist to maximise and develop the business - Assist with the preparation of new products and services, evaluation of sales and marketing activities, stock control of collaterals - Execute advertisements/ promotions in a timely manner - Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and ensure all policies, procedures and guidelines are conducted safely
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you should posses the following qualifications & requirements: - Minimum Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 2 Years of related work experience in Sales in a hotel industry - Excellent leadership skills
