Reporting to the Communications Centre Manager, you are in charge of answering and directing phone calls to relevant parties from the telephone department accurately and courteously. Records and controls accurately wake up calls. Records all entries on traffic sheets. Maintain good working relationship with all departments.
**What's the Job About?**
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
- Record and control accurate wake up calls
- Assist guests with all inquiries and address guests by name whenever possible
- Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
- Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialled numbers
- Abides by principles of guest privacy
- Bill call costs accurately
- Help prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans
- Assist superior in team member related matters such as induction programs, On-The-Job trainings, performance appraisal discussions and orientation
Ideally, you'll have a O level Certificate and at least a 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, written & oral with proficiency in English, excellent presentation skills and be competent using Microsoft office programs.
