**Your Mission**:
This position is responsible for the development of Technology Roadmap and maintain its ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. Develop the structure for monitoring performance of various factory processes, identify pain points to be resolved with technology pilots, and leverage data-drive approach to drive continuous improvement.

**What To Expect**:
[Development of Technology Roadmap]
- Support the planning & implementation of technology roadmap in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Design, develop, and maintain use case and technology catalogue
- Design, develop, and maintain ecosystem of technology and innovation partners, in collaboration with various stakeholders

[Work Processes Management, Pain Points Identification]
- Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI
- Engage with relevant stakeholders in manufacturing group to gather data and develop insights on critical pain points
- Perform data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments

[Technology Solution Deployment]
- Leverage data analysis and facilitate brainstorming workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions
- Provide project management support with operation teams to implement solutions
- Monitor performance improvements post-deployment and ensure smooth handover to production team

**What You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 3-5 years (Junior)/ 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting / BusinessProcess Re-engineering / ICT Consulting/ Process Innovation/ Business/ System Consulting
- Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT System development project
- Deep understanding in manufacturing industry
- Technical skills in data analysis or B.I.(Business Intelligence) implementation
