**About the job**:

- Handle feedbacks, complaints and comments form members and guest
- Answer incoming/internal calls
- Liaise with other departments to create a one-stop service for members/guests convenience
- Assist in dispatch of newsletters/circulars/statement of accounts.
- Assist in keying all the booking transactions to system.
- Attend members and guests' queries
- Issuing of membership cards,/carpark labels/towels
- Assist members/guests in facilities booking of club facilities
- Conduct Club tour during absence of the Sales and Marketing Team
- Other Ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

**About you**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

**Others**:

- Working hours: 2 rotating shifts between 8am to 10 pm (am & pm)
- Working location: Changi
