**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Contract Review & Risk Management
- Lead the legal contract review strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk framework.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex, high-value contracts with key partners, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, technology vendors, and corporate stakeholders.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of client-facing agreements, ensuring they align with the specific regulatory and licensing requirements of different broker entities.
- Assess contractual obligations based on customer regions, business jurisdictional constraints, and licensing frameworks, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop proactive contract management frameworks to minimize risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Legal Advisory & Regulatory Strategy
- Offer strategic legal counsel to TMGM's leadership and key departments, ensuring agreements align with the company's growth and business objectives.
- Ensure contractual compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and financial services laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct in-depth contractual assessments to address cross-border legal and operational complexities.
- Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and collaborate with internal teams to refine policies and contractual structures accordingly.
- Oversee external legal counsel and engage with regulatory authorities on critical legal and business matters.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure legal integrity in agreements.
- Support the review and structuring of agreements related to client fund management, banking partnerships, liquidity providers, and financial technology services.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract best practices and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging legal tech solutions to enhance contract and compliance management efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Who We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution, preferably with a focus on financial regulations, corporate law, or international business law.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal contract review, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven track record in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex multi-jurisdictional contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, licensing structures, and cross-border compliance requirements.
- Experience navigating regulatory complexities with financial regulators, legal advisors, and compliance teams.
- Strong expertise in risk mitigation strategies, dispute resolution, and financial contract structuring.
- Familiarity with financial technology, digital assets, and emerging financial regulations is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and corporate transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin or other relevant languages is an advantage for managing cross-border agreements.
