Our Client is a Danish manufacturing company currently seeking to fill the role of Inventory & Supply Chain Executive.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock with the DC team
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in production stocks with Factories
- Maintain and monitor closely on monthly safety stock level in Warehouse to cater to the ad-hoc request
- Review and monitor products for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Assist Supply Chain Manager to monitor transportation schedules for all inbound and outbound shipments in a timely order manner making sure all alignments are fulfilled
- Conduct Vendor Performance Review Quarterly / Half-yearly to monitor vendor's performance services together with the Customer Service team
- Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare all export documentation but not limited to, invoicing, packing list, bill of lading etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with the department in charge, and logistics service providers (local / overseas) on the shipment arrangements which includes but are not limited to freight forwarders' schedules, booking for ships, container status update etc.
- Assist Supply Chain Manager on warehouse safe work practices in a Warehouse environment
- Take the lead in the company safety measures in the office and set Safety committee meetings and monitor safety guidelines by relevant government agencies
- Ensure all Warehouse Safety documentation is maintained according to company policy
- Maintain SAP system and daily cycle count accuracy
- Assist in other duties in Supply Chain if required

- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Sound knowledge in SAP and WMS
- Good understanding of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
