**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide field **technical support on-site at customers’ semiconductor manufacturing facilities.**:

- **Responsible for Test systems installation and de-installation, external traceability calibration, system options upgrade and system troubleshooting System maintenance & PC workstation support**:

- **Prepare Service reports and provide feedback on technical issues** with regards to equipment performance
- Actively engage with customers to ensure highest level of service commitment and quality
- Assist/Lead problem resolutions with our customers.
- Conduct maintenance training as when required.

**Traits and qualifications**:

- Junior Engineer with 1 or 2 years working experience. _Added advantage if with automated production equipment (tester and handler) experience,_ preferably in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- **Work experience in the semiconductor industry**and its environment **particularly in production testing** will be preferred.
- Provide after-sales service support for Advantest’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrade, CSA deliverable support and etc.
- **Able to travel frequently** locally and as where support is needed.
- Must be able to provide timely reports on Daily Activities and submit the on-site Service Reports
- **Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin** to communicate with Chinese customers in China & Taiwan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,100.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Field Service Engineer (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
