**Your Day-to-Day**
- **Business Development**:Identify, reach out to, and secure your own clients by understanding their recruitment needs.
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, interviews, negotiations and successful placements.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Proven track record in a 360° recruitment role, including business development and talent acquisition.
- CEI certified is mandatory.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms and trends.Self-discipline and motivation to work independently.
