Job Purpose:
You will partner with WW/country RA counterparts, other functions and regional marketing to support the regional business strategies. At the same time, you will be responsible for maintaining oversight and proving guidance to RA counterparts in Greater Asia countries on activities related to regulatory systems and other programs / initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide periodic status update, etc. to senior management and other parties as appropriate.
- Establish regulatory strategy / process / procedure to enhance cross-departmental activities; expedite market access & business growth; etc. This is achieved by working with various BD affiliates / external parties and taking into considerations various aspects of regulations - e.g. product registration, manufacturing requirements, country requirements on specific product type, etc.
- Facilitate / track the preparation and documentation for key regulatory submissions to Government agencies as well as work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors, including the variation in Regulatory requirements of the many regulated countries in Greater Asia.
- Works closely with the regional marketing / business team in providing regulatory related information and intelligence to support business strategies.
- Maintain oversight of the various regulatory systems and associated processes and provide relevant guidance and direction for implementation, etc. in GA.
