**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conducting Training Sessions**:Deliver high-quality training programs aligned with adult learning principles for corporate clients and educational institutions.
Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of various learners.
- **Curriculum Development and Adaptation**:Work closely with our curriculum development team to design, customize, and update training materials and lesson plans according to client requirements.
Ensure that all training content is compliant with current industry standards and the Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
- **Training Evaluation and Feedback**:Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback to participants and making necessary adjustments to the curriculum based on outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and content to enhance overall effectiveness.
- **Ad-Hoc Responsibilities**:Assist in the development of new programs and initiatives as part of the company’s growth and expansion.
Provide mentoring and coaching for new trainers as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Mandatory Certifications**:ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment)
MOE REMS (Registry of Educational Mentors Scheme)
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in both corporate and educational settings.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology to deliver virtual and in-person training.
- Ability to tailor content for different audiences and learning styles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and blended learning techniques.
