**About the Role**:
As a Corporate Trainer (ACLP/ACTA), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations. You will be responsible for conducting engaging courses, coaching learners, and assessing their progress effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Delivery**:Conduct courses in accordance with established lesson plans and frameworks.
Refine course syllabus, delivery approaches, and materials to stimulate learner interest and engagement.
Coach and mentor learners based on their individual needs and learning styles.
- **Assessment**:Conduct assessments to measure learning effectiveness in compliance with SSG regulations.
Provide feedback and guidance to learners based on assessment results.
- **Professional Development**:Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in SSG requirements.
Continuously improve your training skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience in the area of specialization.
- Possession of Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering professional training and assessment of WSQ programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and weekends.
