**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical consulting services and recommends innovation, program and solutions by working closely with sales team, data center technical consultants and data centers.
- Captures savings and improvement in eROI case studies
- Performs regular competitive and industry trend analysis in data center & microelectronics.
- Represent as industry expert in conferences, seminars, trainings and exhibitions.
- Supports in innovation ideation, development, trials and roll out that supports the growth in industry.
- Coaches individuals in the organization as part of development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, environmental engineering, PHD will be a plus
- Experience in water treatment, chemical industry.
- Independent, proactive, team player, technical / analytical, good communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry
- Able to travel at least 30% in SEA
