**Sales Administrator (Healthcare)**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage sales activities such as quotations, tender submission duties and samples packing.
- Preparation of Sale Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and relevant documents.
- Telemarketing duties to fix appointments to new and existing customers.
- Input, consolidation and maintenance of customer database.
- Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
- Provide support during events, network within industry and community to find and attract new business. Perform ad-hoc tasks and other assigned responsibilities when necessary.
**Preferred Requirement**
- Certificate or Diploma
- Comfortable with administrative function
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (English); basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Ability to communicate orally with customers (face-to-face and phone calls)
