**1. Editorial (4-6 hours weekly)**
- Identify and select appropriate reviewers for manuscripts based on their expertise.
Managing databases of reviewers, including their areas of expertise and contact information.
Updating journal guidelines and other editorial materials as needed.**2. Social Media and Outreach (1-2 hours weekly)**
- Manage the journal's LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
Post announcements about new articles, upcoming issues, calls for papers, and special editions to enhance visibility and reader engagement.
