As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic Marketing Team to develop innovative designs that captivate our audience. We are seeking someone who is adaptable and can deliver results in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

You will work with the Marketing team and cross-functional team members to bring ideas to life through designs and videos.

**You will be involved in**:

- Strategizing on compelling concepts that help attract users to our product
- Creating high-performing marketing assets across channels (both images and videos). Able to run with high-level ideas to generate a suite of visual assets
- Evaluate and adapt designs at a fast pace based on feedback provided. Research, ideate, conceptualize and execute
- Managing workflows for design requests for marketing campaigns & product launches
- Uphold high standards of brand consistency throughout all touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a digital designer, ideally in an in-house marketing team or agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, including Premier Pro or After Effects
- Strong video-editing, creative, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player who can work and optimize fast
- A well-rounded portfolio of design
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
- Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
- Cantonese speaking will be advantageous
