Research Fellow/Associate, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Research activities:
- Data collection, data management, and statistical analyses of medical data- Large Language Models (LLMs) fine-tuning- Developing LLMs associated with medical data- Human and automatic evaluation of fine-tuned LLMs
2. Research publications:
- Manuscript drafting and editing
3. Liaising with external collaborators, particularly on technical matters.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Doctoral/Master’s degree in computer science/EEE specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Machine Learning (ML).- Skills in NLP, ML, LLM field- Experience in software development life cycle and programming languages- Experience in writing and publishing research papers in top-tier NLP/ML conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP)- Skills in managing technical aspects of the project- Highly motivated, meticulous, and well-organised,- Good leadership skills and a team player- Able to work independently and collaborate in a highly diverse, multi-cultural and interdisciplinary team- Adaptable and willing to enter into deep learning in new areas- Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication skills
