You will be a team leader with technical expertise and some management experience in the Defence sector working alongside engineers, project managers, presales/sales managers. You will ensure on contractual fulfilment, customer satisfaction & operational excellence within your domain.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Report & assist Deputy/Department Head in meeting financial targets, SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
- Operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors/OEMs
- Operational management of team size of 10 to 15 engineers
- 24/7 standby for urgent operations requirement
- Ability to effectively conduct ops meeting with customers using digitilisation/BI tools
- Active participation in project tenders
- Required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore

**Qualities We Value**
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar engineering-related capacity
- Positive work ethics, mature and a team player
- Experience in tender participation will be added advantage
- Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
- Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage
- Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic Networking skills, UPS)
- Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA will be added advantage
- WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be added advantage
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (words, powerpoint & excel)
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Working location is at Jalan Boon Lay
- Singaporeans only
