**Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
Provide administration support to the Global Mobility Team This includes:

- Invoice handling: Draft payment requests for invoices, monitor and follow-up on payment status and whenever required, ad hoc investigations.
- Set-up and manage assignee records in systems and assignee files
- Maintain SharePoint files, including benefit and expense tracker and ensure data integrity
- Track assignment life cycle of assignees such as relocation flight, home flights and repatriation
- Liaise with vendors on assignment-related matters such as relocation, immigration and tax
- Initiate assignment service requests via external vendor and internal platforms
- Proactively maintain communication on a day-to-day basis with assignees and stakeholders throughout assignment life cycle
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience
- Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Support the onboarding of assignees and attending to queries, where required
- Provides excellent customer experience to all stakeholders
- Undertake general administration and projects, when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in HR, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an assignee administration role in the area of assignee relocation, destination services, immigration or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Sound knowledge in Singapore Employment Act
- Sound understanding of the assignment life cycle
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable to work with varying levels of seniority
- Strong focus on customer service
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to manage personal workload and support others where necessary
- Delivery focused and able to work within tight deadlines.
- Adaptable in evolving tasks and able to re-prioritize deadlines
- Strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Analytical with a proven track record of innovation and entrepreneurship
