We are looking for a creative to join our micro-content team. The micro-content team is the custodian of OGS’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tiktok. Reaching millions of audiences monthly through authentic, empathetic coverage of people's stories, we aim towards being South East Asia’s leading digital edutainment publisher.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create diverse micro-content, encompassing graphics to vertical short-form videos, handling the entire production process from research to publishing.
- Discover and pitch compelling stories through thorough research and fact-finding, aligning with the brand's objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute new and innovative micro-content ideas, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and align with brand values.
- Track and analyze the performance of content to gather insights and refine future content strategies.
- Attend and represent Our Grandfather Story (OGS) in relevant media events and pitches, showcasing our creativity and brand identity.

**Requirements**:

- Sufficient experience in content creation, especially in micro-content production.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools and software.
- Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize unique and engaging content ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze content performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
