**JUNIOR CREATIVE **

Rawspark is looking for a Junior Creative Intern who is able to craft inspiring marketing content to the designated audiences.

Applicants should:

- Be proficient or have experience in developing marketing strategies and conceptualising creative content, collaterals and copies for clients.
- Be up-to-date on marketing trends and channels including social media platforms (e.g. Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, Google Smart Campaigns etc).
- Design creative content and ensure brand consistency of clients for various social media and platforms (e.g. Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, Google Smart Campaigns etc).
- Provides active support for creative agency and clients.
- An experience working alongside agencies, creatives and brands preferable.
- Whacky copywriting skills and great sense of humour.
- Ability to handle traffic management in projects and raise team awareness before hitting crunch period.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced industry.
- Be highly self-motivated, with a drive for self-improvement.
- Well versed with pop culture, street culture, music and local culture.
- Happy to work in a small team of dedicated individuals, who specialise in video editing, production management, sound design, music, and producing.
- Participate in creative sessions and brainstorming.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Responsible, organised and able to meet timelines.
- Able to work independently and yet a team player.
- Enjoy music, arts and entertainment in general.

This will be a paid internship.
