**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging phonics lessons in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s holistic development.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Observe and assess students’ progress, and communicate updates to parents regularly.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
- Capture photos and videos of students during lessons or activities (with parental consent) for documentation or training purposes.
- Participate in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Attend staff training sessions and school development programmes as required.
- Participate in company-organised events such as charity teaching sessions.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that supports children’s confidence and creativity.Receive onboarding and structured training to align with the centre’s pedagogy and values.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about teaching and guiding young learners in phonics and early literacy.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, childcare, or enrichment setting preferred.
- Able to commit for the full academic year.
- Comfortable with basic design tools such as Canva (for worksheets or parent communication).Must be comfortable working with children and communicating with parents.

**Working Hours (Full-Time) - Choose One Option**:

- Option 1: 5 days per week - 3 weekday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays
- Option 2: 5 days per week - 4 weekday evenings, plus either Saturday or SundayOption 3: 5 days per week - 5 weekday evenings and half-day Saturday
