**What the role is**
- As Engineer/Architect (Project Management), you will represent HDB to work with the consultants and contractor to manage and oversee the construction of building and upgrading projects.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be involved in managing the project from inception till completion. Your responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the design, tender and construction processes to ensure quality, cost, safety and timely delivery of the project. During the construction phase, you are required to manage the consultants and contractors to ensure and oversee the daily construction activities including: - works are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents - works are supervised to ensure the quality of works are of an acceptable standard of workmanship - site safety requirements are adhered to - works are completed within the period stipulated and the budget allocated - resolve technical and design issues with the consultants and contractors - coordinate with other agencies on any development issues - identify potential construction related issues for solutions - handle post construction feedback and improvement works related to the project. You may be involved in studies in the areas of construction productivity and environmentally friendly construction practices.
