Resident Architect Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Architect to lead architectural and related works in Singapore.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To supervise the Employer and Consultants Team in managing project progress, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc.
  • To monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate project completion, handover and CSC inspections;
  • To report critical and/or major issues and propose solutions to Employer and Consultants;
  • To liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Vendors;
  • To lead on-site duties assigned to RAs/RTOs, inspect, resolve & report as directed by Employer/Architect.

Requirements:

  • The Resident Architect shall possess an Architectural Degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore;
  • At least ten years of construction supervision experience of local healthcare, institutional projects and/or projects of similar complexity.
