**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact with local and APAC regulatory bodies
- Advise the business of changes required in order to comply with applicable laws and upcoming regulations
- Interpret and implement local regulations and laws, compliance monitoring, surveillance
- Prepare and present to senior stakeholders queries from external regulators and auditors

**Role requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Regional CCO role would be highly advantageous
- Must have experience within a Tier 1 Investment Bank, Brokerage or similar organization
- Futures, FX, Derivatives, Commodities experience essential
- Experience of dealing with regulators including the MAS, HKMA and other APAC based regulators
- Experience obtaining licenses and a deep understanding of the payments services act would be useful
