**Role Summary**

We are looking for an Analyst - Products & Listings to join our dynamic and high performing team. Reporting to the Vice President - Products & Listings, key deliverables for this role would include assisting in the development and structuring of products, working with the marketing and commercial teams on originating, structuring, and executing solutions and products for clients to list on the Exchange, developing and managing internal listing processes, preparing and reviewing transactional documents, and executing of listings. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to excel in a fast-paced environment and to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital exchange's offerings and driving its growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the commercial team on strategy for product development.
- Attend client meetings, pitches and be involved in the development of client and product pitches.
- Engage with issuers to understand their business requirements, undertake market research, and create listing opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and control internal processes for product assessment and listing.
- Prepare transactional documents for listing.
- Review transactional documents and ensure compliance with listing rules and Exchange rules.
- Maintain records on listing-related activities and communications.
- Research on market trends, competitors, and stay updated on relevant products for the Exchange.
- Organise and coordinate Listing Review Committee meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics, or any other related discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail - meticulous individual who possesses the ability to meticulously review and analyse documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Initiative - proactive individual who demonstrates the drive to take the lead in tasks, seek solutions independently, and contribute valuable insights to the team.
- Willingness to learn and grow - individual who has a strong desire to continuously expand knowledge and skills, coupled with an eagerness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development.
